Mason Lawyers is a medium sized practice with 3 offices in the Newcastle Region.
We work across a range of practice areas, including Commercial, Corporate, Litigation, Conveyancing, Wills & Estates, and Criminal & Traffic Law
We were established in Newcastle in 2001 and since then we have incorporated the practices of some long established local firms – Hingston Lawyers, McNeil James Solicitors, Colin Baker & Associates, Wood Roberts and the law office of Paul Mitchell. It’s a legacy we’re proud of and we’ve worked with many well known senior lawyers to assist with transitioning their practices and have loved looking after their clients.
Current positions
Personal Assistant
You will be working at our Mayfield branch for a Senior Lawyer and Lawyer.
The team primarily practices in:
- Conveyancing;
- Will; and
- Estates.
As such, your main focus will be to provide support in Conveyancing, Wills & Estates.
You should detail your experience in the application, including providing a clear summary of the areas of law and tasks performed in previous roles. Experience in Conveyancing is preferred, but not essential.
The role is preferably full time, Monday to Friday, but we would consider an applicant who is seeking part time employment (3-4 days per week). We would also be prepared to consider an applicant who requires some flexibility, such as reduced hours each day (eg school hours) or flexible hours (eg to accommodate study or family commitments).
