Nicole Richer

I grew up on the Mid-north Coast and started working at my parents’ service station when I was 15. Prior to working in law, I worked in accounting firms and real estate, living in areas such as Darwin, Sydney and the Northern Rivers.

I started my life as a Legal Secretary in Family Law in 2007 whilst living in Lismore and loved it so much that I have never left.

In 2015, I settled in Newcastle and I have been at Mason Lawyers since 2020. The firm provides a wonderful work/life balance and has a great team environment. It is the people that makes working at Masons so great.

I’m very passionate about helping people and have a particular interest in parenting matters. I thrive on the complexities and challenges that family law presents.
